On Friday, July 4th, we held our internal conference Factory X Day in the congress hall of Hotel Terme Sveti Martin. The event was dedicated to sharing knowledge and strengthening the sense of unity within our team.
We planned the conference as an opportunity to collectively explore the direction our industry is heading and how we can adapt to the ever-accelerating pace of change in the IT world. Our colleagues took on the role of speakers and shared their experiences, ideas, and practical solutions on topics that are currently key to our work:

We were also joined by students from our Factory X Summer Internship program, who presented the project they developed during their internship and shared their experiences of working in a real-world team environment.
After the official program, part of the team enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the swimming pool, while others explored the beauty of Međimurje – including Mađerkin breg and Mlin na Muri.
We ended the day with a group dinner in a relaxed atmosphere, where conversations about the talks and many other shared interests continued.
Factory X Day once again demonstrated the value of investing in knowledge, sharing experiences, and building strong connections. We’re already looking forward to the next gathering and new opportunities for shared growth!
