For the second year in a row, we successfully organized the Factory X Developers Day internal conference. The conference was held in the conference room of the Terme Sveti Martin hotel on Thursday, May 18, 2023, and we organized it with the aim of jointly exploring the latest trends in application development and informing ourselves about news from the IT world.
Our experts presented topics that are currently of utter importance for our industry, and together we discussed their application in our work. Topics presented at Developers Day 2023 are: ChatGPT vs Copilot, UI testing, Unit testing, Docker and Kubernetes, and Angular vs Vue.js.
In order to provide practical experience, two workshops were held. The first workshop was dedicated to developing applications in Vue.js, providing an opportunity to acquire practical skills in using this popular development framework. The second workshop focused on using Playwright tools for application testing, demonstrating to our testers ways to automate testing and improve quality assurance processes.
At the end of the day, we enjoyed dinner together at the Falat restaurant located within the hotel. In a relaxed atmosphere, we continued to talk about the topics we heard during the conference, but also about other general topics that interest us.
Our employees expressed their satisfaction with this event, and Factory X Developers Day 2023 turned out to be not only an informative conference, but also an excellent opportunity to socialize.
